About Steph

Hi and welcome! I’m Steph. I created Steph Yoga, an online body transformation program to help women and men get in the best shape of their lives.

I used to think that yoga was something people did just to stretch. But seven years ago, to counter the stress I put on my body running, I began practicing asana and discovered something I had been seeking for years: the manifestation of meditation through motion. 

I received my RYT-200 from Buddhi Yoga and shortly after I received my Flow Lift Certification.

In my attempt to bring what I have deemed the greatest workout class in the world to people all over, I created Steph Yoga, inspired by Flow Lift. The Steph Yoga Body Transformation Program is inspired by my own body transformation. After watching myself build the long lean muscle I’d always dreamed of - I felt compelled to share the method with others.

 

 

The Steph Yoga Body Transformation Program is a non-stop endorphin surge. You’ll challenge your body to engage the mind. With guided instruction and carefully curated music, the program invites you to witness your resistance to discomfort. The result is an expansive, body-strengthening release.  This Class will challenge and enlighten you all while building an incredibly strong, lean, resilient body.
