Your best body is only 6 weeks and 13.5 hours away. Regardless of where you live, you can start using the Flow Lift ankle weights and hand weights methodology to transform your body. The program will focus on moves that reinvent your entire shape and tone every muscle. The effort you put in correlates with the results. Follow Steph's lead and you will build a body like you won't believe.
You'll be wearing 1-2.5 pound ankle weights during each class. The added resistance will keep your core engaged and strengthen your lower body without adding bulk. You'll lift your rear while toning your legs, hamstrings and quads.
FULL BODY WORKOUT
The class aims to not only shape you up, but will also instruct and inform you on the right methods to see the fastest results. Instead of isolating one muscle group at a time, you will be working your entire body for the full 45 minute workout.
CHANGE IT UP
Each week's routine will be progressively harder than the previous weeks. You will conquer hurdles you never knew possible and challenge yourself in ways you've never been challenged before.
Before I started Flow Lift online with Steph, I was working out 3 days sometimes 4 days a week with some weight loss. When I added in the six week program, I saw real weight loss and tone all over my body and fast. I went from size 8 to a size 4 and feeling great in 6 short weeks. I finally have defination in my stomach after having 2 kids. The workouts were fast and fun. My kids even liked doing them with me. 45 mins was no problem adding into my crazy day.
